We hope you enjoy your orders; however, if in any case, you would like to return or exchange any item, please find our return & exchange policy below:
Return

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date listed on your receipt, just send us an email with your order number and we will evaluate and give you further instructions. For a full refund to your original payment method, the items must meet the conditions for returnable goods, unworn with the original tags attached and the item must not be damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

What is not returnable?
- Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging are not returnable.
- Clearance & final sale items are not returnable.

For hygienic reasons, these items are not returnable:
- Washed or worn items
- Accessories: earrings
- Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
- Other similar intimate items
Exchange
If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order quickly as items do sell out. And return the item you do not want to keep.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will also inform you of the status of your refund after checking the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping cost
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will receive the refund within 14 working days.
