How do I choose my size?

For boxer briefs and bikini underwear, compare your waist and hip measurements with the relevant underwear table. For bralettes, use bust and underbust measurements and the bralette table. If you are unsure, email us with the product name and your measurements before ordering. View the measuring guide.

What if my first item does not fit?

Our Risk-Free First Fit guarantee covers one item from your first order. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for one free replacement in a different size, including replacement shipping. You do not need to return the covered first item. A multi-pack is covered for one item only.

If the replacement size is unavailable, choose to wait for restocking or select an equal-value alternative style. If neither works for you, we refund the covered item's amount paid; multi-packs are prorated after discounts. Read the full guarantee and refund calculation.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually process in 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your destination and shipping method. Available shipping options, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. See shipping details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$50. Eligibility and available services depend on your destination; check the options at checkout. Read the shipping policy.

How do I return other items?

For standard returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions in our return policy. Unless an item is damaged, defective or sent in error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The separate first-fit guarantee above applies only to its covered item.

What if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Email customer@poseshe.com with your order number, the item details and clear photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

What if my size or color is sold out?

Select another color to check availability. If you need help finding an alternative, email us with the product, color and size. Any product-specific preorder terms should be checked before ordering; contact us if they are unclear.
